Design

In design, we rely on the professional knowledge and experience of the specialists in our in-house design and development department. They provide support for each project individually from the first brainstorming to production readiness. They work in close cooperation with our customers, understand how to implement customer requests promptly and design textiles in a wide variety of colours, patterns and material combinations. From modern to classic, sporty to elegant, patterned or plain.

We understand our craft and use digital media all the way from design to the control of modern weaving machines, all under one roof.

Our fabric samples are created under production conditions on modern weaving machines. Whether it is fine or coarse, 2-chain constructions or unlimited repeats, we can turn almost any customer request into reality. Our sample warping machine offers a high degree of flexibility, which means almost any colour and material combinations can be implemented.

Material and colour development

We have an extremely extensive range of sample yarns with a wide range of colours, numerous types of yarn and a wide range of raw materials. We work together with leading regional as well as international yarn manufacturers. This enables us to implement our own developments and customer requests quickly and close to series production. We are happy to look for new suppliers for special requests because there is no such thing as “impossible” at Wilhelm Kneitz AG, a company on the move.
