At Wilhelm Kneitz AG, nobody works in isolation. The supervisory board, executive board, management and workforce are a tight-knit team that together form a stable company structure, because we know innovative strength and a motivated workforce need stability and confidence. Instead of short-term ventures, we have, therefore, relied on stable growth and job security for more than 100 years. We have stayed in Wirsberg, Upper Franconia, in the middle of Europe.

Committed to the local area

Social projects are important to us – even outside the factory gates! One example of our social commitment is the Herbert Kneitz kindergarten with attached day care centre. This helps our employees to reconcile family and work and makes a decisive contribution to a pleasant working environment in Wirsberg.
When it comes to working in partnership with other companies, we are firmly rooted in the region. Our partners also come from nearby and form a flexible, competent network that has successfully led the great tradition of the textile industry in Upper Franconia into the 21st century.
