Weaving our magic

In our own warping facility, the yarns are prepared for the weaving process at top speed.

Our state-of-the-art machines can precisely join up to 11,000 individual threads to form a common warp beam. The warping process is completed in only 3-4 hours due to a high speed of 700 meters per minute. Warp sections from the smallest sample sizes to kilometre-long large sections are produced just in time.

Delay-free troubleshooting

The warping process is hardly affected by torn threads due to CNC control. Error analysis only takes seconds, so our experienced employees can repair the thread immediately and continue the warping process without any significant loss of time.
